Coupon Adventures 4/11/11

I went to Walmart (I almost never go there) and I found Operation Toy Story Edition for $5 and there is a $3 q see post HERE.
I didn't have the Hasbro q's so I bought it went home and printed and returned today to use the coupon.
Here is my story and I'm sticking to it :)

Me:  Hi I would like to return this and re-buy it with a coupon I forgot yesterday.
CSR: Well, let me see.
Me: Here's my receipt and heres the coupon
CSR: This is photocopied
Me: No it is not
CSR:  This is a photocopied coupon they have to be in color.
Me:  I don't have a color printer- this is not a photocopy I printed it from my computer
CSR: Sorry I can't take this.
Me:  I actually have two becasue I printed two which is allowed per computer...look they have different numbers under the barcode they are NOT photocopies
CSR:I have to go talk to my manager about this
Me: Fine, but hurry.
CSR:(returns) This is ok because it is just printed from a black and white printer
Me:  That is what I told you.
CSR:  But we cannot take it because this is not in the picture
Me:  That doesn't make sense.
CSR: Sorry.
Me:  Maybe I need to call corporate.
CSR:  Let me see the coupon again(reads carefully)
Me:  (found the same q in Hasbro insert)  This one is in color and says Operation but only shows pic of Monopoly and Connect 4.
CSR:  Oh I CAN take that one
Me: What ok-I am sure either will work (I think she liked all the pretty colors on it)
CSR:  Oh they will all work- Here is your $3
Me:  I hope you understand the faulty logic in what just happened you took the coupon with NO picture of Operation at all and even said oh they all will work???? Bye.

Very silly situation but I did get the game for $2 which was nice!
