Tucson 4th of July Fireworks and Celebrations 2013


What:Tucson Padres Celebration The FIRST PLACE Tucson Padres return home to Kino Stadium on Thursday, July 4th for our annual Star Spangled Spectacular. This is our largest fireworks show of the season. Plenty of great seats remain. To get your tickets either call 434-1367, stop by the Kino Stadium box office or buy online at tucsonpadres.com. Go Padres!Gates open at 6:00 pm on July 5th. The first 3,000 fans through the gates will receive a free minature American Flag courtesy of the U.S. Army. There are $2 off vouchers available at all Tucson GIANT convenient stores for Friday's game.

What: Mt. Lemmon Parade and Celebration I do not know about you but heading up the mountain in this heat seems like the perfect way to celebrate the 4th!!The Rockin' Star Ranch will be celebrating the 4th of July on Mt. Lemmon, offering petting zoo, pony rides, miniature horse cart rides, full size horse rides... up on the mountain in the cool... If you want to ride a horse or cart in the mt lemmon 4th of July parade representing the rockin star ranch call 520-409-6700. we need bodies to fill our horses... Parade 11:00am rides in the cool mountain air, all day!

What: Food for Horses Fundraiser - Raffles, food trucks, music and fun for the 4th of July!  enjoy the food truck round up, face painters, balloon artists, raffles, prizes, giveaways and all American drink specials! What:$4 Picnic on the 4th of July Stop by the Gardens on July 4th on your way down to the fireworks where you’ll pay just $4 admission – of course it is free for those under 4! Listen to the sounds of award winner singer-sound writer Robyn Landis as you wander the Gardens. Staff will have the grill sizzling. What:Let Freedom Sing The 29th annual patriotic presentation of Let Freedom Sing will be another heartwarming celebration of our nation’s birthday. With the 2013 theme From Sea to Shining Sea, this large-scale patriotic variety show will include inspirational music presented by the Arts Express Choir and Orchestra, featuring several of Tucson’s most talented artists. Dr. Joan Ashcraft is Artistic Director for the production, involving over a hundred singers and instrumentalists.When: July 4th at 3pm

What: Backyard BBQDesert Diamond Casinos salutes this 4th of July with food, fireworks and family fun! We've got live music, food and fireworks along with a kids zone provided by Rancho Sahuarita and the Town of Sahuarita. Live entertainment featuring a Garth Brooks and Faith Hill Tribute Show will begin at 6 p.m. inside the Diamond Center followed by the fireworks show shortly after sundown.   2. Dean, I am not sure if there are any viewing spots for the fireworks in Tucson fromn Mt. Lemmon but the early lookouts mights have a view. The Padres are doing a second night of fireworks in case you want to catch them after a trip up the moment. of course, depending upon fire warnings, we never are certain our fireworks schedule here in Southern AZ :)
