Basically it will have the rules similar to this for Amereenos: Minimum purchase of $35 and 18% gratuity will be added before discount.
So if you spend right around $35 then take off the - $25 Restaurant.com certificate and then +$2 you paid for the certificate back on you would pay $12 for $35 worth of food plus tip!
If you go out this is the way to do it...Plus you can search in other cities if you are going out of town or wish to give them to somebody out of town.
