What:Free Mother's Day Roses- Maybe?  This was from last year but I am not sure if it is happening this year? Frank Buckner gives out long-stemmed roses on Mother's Day. He owns Buck's Fuel and Service gas station on the NW corner of 1st and River. It's not a gimmick, he's not trying to sell anything. It is just something special HE does it to celebrate our community moms. He's been doing it for something like 20 years. Come early. He gets a lot of roses to give out. To moms, future moms, ... every woman who comes.
