I am always excited to ring in the New Year with my kiddos at 10pm when the NYC apple drops at 12am there :) The events in Tucson and Phoenix seem to be very limited for families with younger children. I have tried to find a few things but many things are good if your kiddos are older. Having a kids free night there is also plenty of fun to be had. What: Phoenix Zoo Noon Year’s Eve celebration is set for tomorrow rain or shine! We’re not going to let the threat of a little wintery weather ruin our New Year’s fun! If it does rain during the event we will evaluate the safety of our guests and adjust accordingly. It may become necessary to close access to the snow play areas if it becomes too icy and slippery. A large tent is located adjacent to the event space as well where music and dancing will take place. *The cider toast is scheduled for noon.
