free classes to As You Wish. You can choose any summer class, from Canvas, to
Fusing Glass, or Painting Pottery. The theme for this season’s classes is, “What
Color is your fun?”

Last month, I was given the
opportunity to take my twins and preview the summer classes. I had also taken my children and a couple of
friends to that same location earlier in the year to celebrate their birthday this year!
I had no idea that they have seven
locations now, all around The Valley. I also didn’t realize that they have a
resident artist, Liz. She is the creator and teacher for these fun classes. We
all fell in love with her right away. The 15 or so students were intently listening to everything she had to say. In fact, Norma my daughter painted her Grilled Cheese
sandwich plate to say “Liz’s favorite sandwich.” She is very dynamic and
engaging.
Some fun things you should know:
1. Summer classes are $25 ($5 less than last year!) Everything
is included, making it cheaper than doing the project on your own.
2. Classes run from June 8 – July 24,
M-F from 9-10:30 am
3. Classes are for 5 years old and up.
4. You can even drop the kids there
while you shop in the adjoining areas. (Which, I would totally do after seeing
what a great job they do with the class.)

8. This September they are celebrating 20
years of business with $2 sitting fees, $4-$6 off of the regular price.
