Not quite sure how this happened or how I even received the email, but about a month ago I was invited to apply for the Nasoya Wrappy Hour House Party. Not to be confused with HouseParty.com. This came directly from the Nasoya company itself. They only accepted 100 applicants, so I am feeling pretty excited about it. I have participated in House Parties before and they are a lot of fun. I wish I could tell you how I got invited so that you could have future opportunities, but I think I just got on a blogger list somewhere along the lines. However, there are a wide range of opportunities at Houseparty.com that you can apply for.
I will be receiving my package soon and I'll post a picture of the goodies that come with it. But for now they are telling me to expect a recipe book, Nasoya Wrappers, serving trays, and sauces. Here is one of the recipes that is on the Wrappy Hour Website for me to try out:
Baked Spinach Ravioli
- 1 pkg Nasoya® Won Ton Wraps
- 10 oz fresh spinach
- 2 15-oz containers ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Heat oven to 375° F. Place on baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. Brush raviolis lightly with olive oil; bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve with marinara sauce
Doesn't that sound yummy? I am super excited! Stay tuned for more...
