Did you guess it from my hint?

Remember how I told you that I got picked for the Nasoya Wrappy Hour House Party?  Well I had my party on Saturday and it was a great time with great friends.

In order to host the party, Nasoya sent me:

$0.75/1 Nasoya product with recipes
FREE Nasoya Pasta coupons

$25 American Express gift card to purchase ingredients

I looked through the recipe booklet that came with the package and picked my appetizers.
I made Crab Rangoon, Baked Spinach Ravioli, Won Ton cups with General Tso Chicken, Vegetarian Egg Rolls, and Lettuce Wraps.

My favorites were the Crab Rangoon and the General Tso Chicken Cups, So let me tell you how to make them:

Crab Rangoon

Ingredients:
1pkg. Nasoya Won Ton Wraps
1-8oz pkg cream cheese
1 clove garlic
2 green onions
1 C. Crab meat
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil

Canola Oil if frying, Olive oil if baking

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat, saute garlic and onion for 2 minutes. Let cool.  In a bowl, combine the garlic, onion, 1tbsp soy sauce, crab meat and cream cheese.  Take one won ton, place 1tsp in the middle of wrap, fold in half, brush edges with water or egg wash and press to seal.  Bring corners together.  Overlap corner and brush with water to seal.  Repeat.

Frying: Heat oil to 350.  Fry 4-6 wontons at a time turning once. Drain on paper towel.

Baking: Heat oven to 435.  Place Rangoons on a baking sheet coated with non stick spray.  Lightly spray wontons with cooking spray and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly brown.

  4. I love Nasoya! I've been eating their tofu for as long as I can remember. I just started using their won ton wrappers to make cream cheese wontons--I'm a vegetarian.

The apple cinnamon rolls looks delicious! I really want to make vegetarian potstickers, though!
