Safeway $10 catalina after spending $75 w club card

I was looking at my Facebook when a message from Safeway came along that said if you spend $75 today or tomorrow you will receive a $10 Catalina coupon back.  Here is what it said:

This Friday & Saturday you’ll get a $10 Reward Coupon when you spend $75 in a single transaction using your Club Card! So come in and stock up, we’ve also got great 2-day deals to help you save throughout the store. Offer not valid in Genuardi’s,

 Then I thought, I will never have $75 after coupons but them in comments Safeway customer service posted this:

Safeway Hi Kelly, per #12 of our coupon policy: minimum purchase requirements are calculated AFTER club card savings, and BEFORE manufacturer’s coupons. Hope this helps! –Brittani, Customer Service 

Cool maybe with the $5 off $15 in frozen food I will now go to Safeway!
