We have fires burning in Southern Arizona- this is HORRIBLE, beautiful acreage and even homes!
The Firefighters are obviously fighting against huge odds and they could use donations this is the list I found:
- o Water/Gatorade (Bottles, and Gallons Also)
- o Ice/Styro Foam Coolers/Large Plastic Bins
- o Small Packages of Snacks (Granola Bars, Beef Jerky etc.)
- o 72 Inch Boot Laces
- o Wash Cloths/Bandanas
- o Throat Lozenges
- o White Tube Socks/Foot Powder
- o White T Shirts (Large & XL)
- o Icy Hot
- o Travel Size Tylenol, Aspirin etc.
- o First Aid Kits
- o Medical Masks
- o Boxer brief underwear
- o Chewing Gum

I wish I had a "stockpile" of Hall's cough drops and/or those mini First Aid Kits (I am going to get some of those at Target with the coupon $1/2 from RP 5/15/11 so they would only be about .50c each) Also, the dollar spot at Target would be a good place to pick up Nature's Valley granola bars and there are coupons for those too!
