Univerisity of Arizona Poetry Center Youth Programs are back!!!



WHAT:UofA Family Days AKA Poetry Joey! Seriously, these are the BEST!!!!  First one for the Fall!  My son was just asking a couple weeks ago "When are we going to the Poetry Center?"
We have been many times and they even had refreshments last season!!
 Poetry writing workshops for youth ages 4-6, 7-10, and an infant sing-a-long class (new this season) meet concurrently.
Owl and Panther Project/Speak Peace Reading from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Participants from the Hopi Foundation’s Owl and Panther Project recite original work on themes of war and peace in response to Speak Peace: American Voices Respond to Vietnamese Children’s Paintings, on display at the Poetry Center from August 29 to September 23. When: Saturday, September 17 10am-11am
