I went to 2 Targets today (Old Spanish Trail and El Con) Both had soo many $1 spot items on clearance for 70% off - that makes them 30c each! I bought prizes for my son's Halloween Party and a few stocking stuffers. There are books, stickers, notepads, scarves- just to name a few.
Be sure to price check because at the El Con store the signs said 50% off but they were really 70% off!
