OMG My Kids Ate Lettuce! Quite a bit of it- no dressing- nada!

I had my hubby pick-up a Papa Murphy's pizza with pineapple for dinner.  I like to cut pizzas up with cookie cutters or sandwich punches to make it cute because frankly, I think it is fun- even for the adults and Papa Murphy's pizzas are great because they are not pre-cut. (I did a review awhile back HERE).

I then decided as I was making the salad that I figured just Dad and I would be eating to try and make a bento- inspired dinner for the kiddos!

Brontosaurus pizza, lettuce trees with cantaloupe flowers/berries and cucumber clouds.

My kids ate it up!  My son who is Über picky and usually won't eat things asked for a second tree!  I took out ranch but all they dipped in the ranch was the pizza- LOL!

I have been doing quite a few bento inspired school lunches (check one out HERE) for my son but not so many scene like dinners/  Looks like i will be doing many more to get those nutrients and new foods down!
