What:Story Time at Bookmans!  Dr, Seuss theme! We will have a light snack and juice, so get your listening ears ready for some great hand selected stories for you to enjoy. Right after story time we will have a coloring activity to do.

What:DM50 Annual Picnic One of the most popular events of the year at DM, over 9,000 base personnel and their families spend a Saturday afternoon at Bama Park and enjoy a hosted picnic. The picnic provides free food, beer, games, a live country band, jumping castles, military displays, prizes and other entertainment.This event (as far as I can tell) is for military and their guests.(thanks, Lynne!)

What:Rabbit Hood play In this retelling of Robin Hood for Easter, Rabbit Hood steals eggs from the snooty chickens to decorate them and hide them for kids on Easter. The chickens used to willingly give up their eggs, but this year Farmer John hires Cluck, a mean chicken bounty hunter, to catch Rabbit Hood. We have Friar Duck, Little Juan, and many familiar characters, and our young audience is invited onstage to participate in the play, which ends with an Easter Egg Hunt.
