$8 Trees for TEP Customers

I know I can! I found out about this program and I have put in an order for 4 trees, even though we rent (all you need is your landlord's signature).  What an affordable way to beautify your home and create shade and cooler temps :)

So here is the general information:

There is a grant from the Tucson Electric Power Company in conjunction with Tucson Clean and Beautiful that allows TEP customers to have inexpensive trees delivered

• Owners of homes built in 1980 or later, or older homes that have been remodeled with double-pane windows, may receive up to two trees.
• Homes built in 1979 or before and that have not been remodeled with double-pane windows may receive up to four trees.

$8 per tree.  You can get them for your home if you are the owner and if you are a renter you just need your landlord's signature.

It is a great price and there are the following options of trees:

• Desert Willow
• Blue Palo Verde
• Velvet Mesquite
• Red Push Pistache
