What: Marana's Pumpkin Patch and Farm Festival. This is the second year that Marana Pumpkin Patch is open, and we have tons of surprises in store! With our 50 acre field, it's an event you won't want to miss this year!
As pumpkin time approaches, we invite you to experience the fun yourself. Pick a path and get lost in our two unique corn mazes! Sort through the pumpkin patch and find a one-of-a-kind pumpkin to take home! Work up an appetite jumping on our two huge jumping pillows, and then fill up with great festive food like hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, nachos and pretzels! Visit the petting zoo with ponies, miniature donkeys, goats and more! After a day of excitement, you'll leave the festival happy and won't want to miss the fun next weekend!
When:Starts Saturday, Otober 6, 2012 Open 3 to 7 p.m. Monday, Thursday & Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and closed Tuesday & Wednesday. Marana Pumpkin Patch is also open on October 31, 3 to 7 p.m.
Where:Take the I-10 to Marana exit 236, head North 1 block to Marana Rd. by the Circle K, turn right on Marana Rd. approximately 2 miles, turn right on Wentz Rd. approximately 1 mile, go past Kirby Hughes Rd. Were on the Northwest corner of Kirby Hughes Rd. and Wentz Rd.
Cost:There is a $10 entrance fee to the Pumpkin Patch and Farm Festival and includes:
- Entry to the Farm Festival
- A Wagon Ride to the Pumpkin Patch
(To pick out your special pumpkin!) - 1 free pumpkin with paid admission
- Free access to both corn mazes
- Access to the Straw Mountain and Kids Zone
- Petting Zoo
- Pig Races
Additional pumpkins will be for sale. Price to be determined at harvest time.
