•  What:Spooktacular Science The beakers are bubbling again for Spooktacular Science at the Flandrau Science Center.  We’ll have plenty of fun and freaky activities and demonstrations.  Join us for all kinds of antics including slippery slime, squid dissections, a brain zoo, chemistry magic, pumpkin DNA, math mayhem, arts and crafts, and HalloweenTreats & Trinkets!  Plus every day will include at least one special Halloween laser show in the Planetarium!  This event is sure to deliver haunted holiday high jinks for the whole family. • What:SNOOPY!!!  It's remarkable! Fantastic! Entertaining! Yes, Charles M. Schulz has done it again. The musical sequel to YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN deserves each of its three exclamation points. Based on the world renowned "Peanuts" comic strip, it delights every audience with the quiet knowledge and wit of its characters. • What:Dia De Los Muertos - Day of the Dead Sugar Skulls This program commemorates the ancient holiday tradition of the Day of the Dead - Dia de los Muertos begun in Aztec times and continued today throughout the Southwestern United States.In remembrance of our departed family members and friends, participants decorate and keep sugar skulls made of sugar, merengue powder, and water.When:2:30-4:30pm FRIDAY 10/26/12Where:Himmel Park Library Cost:FREE

• What:Valley of the Moon Haunted Ruins The Evil One has kidnapped the great Wizard, and only one inept apprentice, and you, can save him. Join us for this exciting and interactive show celebrating 88 years of fun and adventure. Finally, a Halloween Show that everyone can enjoy! Take a tour of the historic fantasy gardens at Valley of the Moon, while getting to know the magical denizens along the way. . • What:Halloween Howl-Candlelight ghost tour and haunted hayride. Jumping castles, maze, pony rides, petting zoo and food. No reservations needed for Cave tours; When:5-9pm Saturday and Sunday too! FRIDAY 10/26/12Where: Colossal Cave Mountain Park is located at 16721 E. Old Spanish Trail, Vail, AZ. • What:Sam and Latch's Hairy Halloween This action- packed show  is suitable for all ages, though the show contains loud noises and some scary moments which may frighten small children. "Quirky deputies, Sam and Latch, take on more than they can handle when a terrifying Wolf-man stops in town for a quick snack.When:every night in October at 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. and an additional show at 9:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.  Also, the carousel is up and running!Where:Trail Dust Town 6541 E.
