What: Pima Air and Space Museum Make and Take model airplane-for children 5 years and older and their adult companions, this program is designed to introduce students to the hobby of model building and the math and historical research used to build accurate scale models. Each student builds a snap tight airplane they can take home and has a chance to view models made by expert model builders. More info. What:Celebrate Chinese New Year with Puppets Amongus! This is the glistening story of how silk was discovered by a Chinese empress, when a cocoon fell in her cup of tea. With dragons and mystics, "The Silken Thread" is an adventure into the enchanted land of legend. Afterwards, watch the puppets present a short slideshow, featuring Puppets Amongus' recent trip to the Silk Road in Kazakhstan. Also, take part in a kids' dragon-making craft! When:Sat.
