FREE Summer Reading Programs Arizona and National

Barnes and Noble has another nice way to encourage kids to read and a handy form to record what they read. We have done this program before- There is a downloadable kit with fun activities and a reading journal to record books that have been read. There is a suggested grade level reading list, too. (The kit includes the reading journal and there is a Spanish version)

You can do this simultaneously with the following programs:

Pima County Library reading program HERE.
  Maricopa County Library Program HERE.

Bookmans around the state discount programs and free summer stuff HERE !

Don't forget to check out the Summer Activities Guide for Tucson HERE.
