We will be making paper flowers in honor of the Moms who have lost children to gun violence and Chapter Chair, Jocelyn Strauss, will be reading the Mother's Bill of Rights. Enjoying nature and the outdoors often requires the ability to read a map. We examine topographic maps, relief maps, and globes to learn map-reading skills. What:  Scale Model Make-N-Take Members of the Sonoran Desert Model Builders will be displaying a range of models, including topics such as WWII history, space, figures, cars, science fiction, and special displays for children in the windowed room and the glass cases in the lobby of the Main Library.
