ACT 1 Academy of Performing Arts ~
SECRET OF THE DRAGONS DOOR~A new musical 
3 weeks: June 2-21, shows Friday, 20th, Sat 21st Full day: 9am-4pm (FREE early drop off 8am and late pick-up 5:30 pm for working parents) $445 Daily classes in dance, voice, acting and stage craft IN ADDITION to rehearsal and materialsThis is a workshop/camp of an original new musical. Arizona On StageThe Frozen Summer Camp's session will be divided by age: 6-9, 10-13, limited to 20 campers. It will be held at the new space of the comedy troupe, Not Burned Out, Just Unscrewed,3244 E Speedway Blvd (across from The Loft theater) from 9am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, June 2-13 and June 16-27. Children will be working with professional actors, singers and choreographers as they learn songs, scenes, dances, character, costumes and set to showcase our performance at the end of camp for parents and friends, an original musical production based on the songs of the hit animated movie Frozen. Snacks will be provided, but campers are responsible for bringing lunch. Tuition is $450

Arizona Youth University (AYU) is a program of the University of Arizona Residence Life. AYU is an educational summer enrichment program for children in grades K-12. Camps are offered in partnership with a variety of UA campus departments and third-party vendors, bringing together outstanding campus resources, stimulating programs, and elementary, middle and high school students excited about the possibility of exploring future academic and career options. AYU offers an exciting selection of camps and workshops every summer! This summer, we are expanding the AYU camp experience! We are offering an overnight camp as an additional option for selected camps. Broadway Camp~
Cut loose this summer as Broadway Camp presents the hit musical, Footloose!  At Broadway Camp you will spend 3 weeks rehearsing, learning lines, singing, dancing and performing in the hit musical, Footloose.   Along with being in the cast, campers will be helping with everything from assistant directing and choreography, to set/costume design and stage managing. Creative Juice The Juicebox: A Summer Camp for Kids. 
Have a budding young artist at home? Need a cool, creative alternative for the hot summer days in Tucson? We have the place for you!Explore a different art form each week through a variety of mediums and techniques!Days and Times:  Camps are available in one week increments. Each day the kids learn more about acting, singing and dance, teamwork and what it takes (hard work and fun!) to put on a show!  The kids have high-energy, full days (9am-5pm) while they learn performing arts skills.  Our goal is to help instill self-confidence and self-esteem throughout the process.

Drum & Drummer School of Percussion ~ Our week long summer camp is designed to be a fun way for kids who are already playing drums in their 4th grade, 5th grade or Middle School, High School band to work on their rhythmic reading skills, technique, and rudimentary execution. Humane Society of Southern Arizona 
Dog Days of Summer Camps - These fun and instructive four day programs utilize classroom activities, individual and group projects, arts and crafts, guest speakers and hands-on animal interaction to teach children about animal care and their humane responsibility towards animals. Kids Unlimited  is a non-profit 501(c)(3) performing group for children and teens that has been a part of the Tucson community for over 25 years. The primary purpose of providing Tucson youth with an opportunity to exhibit their individualism through the performing arts, Kids Unlimited is committed to providing a safe stage for all of those who love to perform. This summer we have summer camps, Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday workshops. Live Theatre Workshop
Live Theatre Workshops summer camps are one week music, theatre, dancing, and technical theatre experience.  Camps are arranged by age and grade level-all skill levels are welcome. All of our instructors are trained to introduce and teach in a way that makes the entire experience fun and educational in a safe and low-pressure environment. While students will be very busy learning lines, acting, singing, dancing, building sets, and producing their play; there is plenty of time for acting improvisation and theatre games. Our goal here at LTW is to focus on the process of the putting together a production. We feel all students should understand what it takes to put on a show from start to finish with a focus on teamwork, personal responsibility, and thinking outside of the box. Mini Time Machine Museum of MiniaturesclubHOUSE is a daily, drop-in afternoon program for kids ages 5-12 at The Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniatures. Parents can drop the kids off to make miniature arts and crafts, play games and practice yoga and gymnastics! Each day, kids will complete a small miniature project that they can take home. Pima County Public Library Summer Reading Program offers a free activities to encourage summertime reading. There are prizes and all kinds of fun things to do at all the branches around Pima County.  Check out what each branch has to offer HERE.


Tucson Botanical Gardens  
Plant Power Summer Camps!  Join Tucson Botanical Gardens for a week-long exploration of human interactions with plants. Campers will gain a renewed admiration for nature in a tranquil setting in the heart of Tucson. Grades 1-6 $120/ $145 non-members Camp 1: June 9-13, 8am-4pm each day Camp 2: July 7-11, 8am-4pm each day Ask about after-care options. Additional fee required.
Tucson Parks and Recreation will be offering American Red Cross group swim lessons for children 6 mo - 17 years in June and July! Only $15 for a 2 week session, 4 sessions will be offered!  Tucson Museum of Art
DRAW, PAINT, SCULPT, COLLAGE, PRINT, AND MORE! Children ages 5–13 will discover culture and art from around the world. Experiences will inspire them to create original works of art in a variety of gallery and studio activities. (Classes broken into three age groups: 5–7, 8–10, and 11–13.) Weekly morning (8:30–11:30 am) and afternoon (12:30–3:30 pm) sessions, with aftercare available (3:30–5:00 pm). Prices start at $100 for Museum members; $155 for non–members per session; $20 aftercare. UA Fusion Camps
This summer, stay sharp with UA Fusion Camps at the Flandrau Science Center & Planetarium. From June 2 to July 25, campers entering grades K-6 can choose from nine different themed camps ranging from science and exploration all the way to history and art.
