The Scottsdale Resort ~ Family Fun

The Scottsdale Resort recently invited my family to stay and check out what it offers for a quick getaway from Tucson to Scottsdale.

The charm of this established property is immediately evident at check-in, where the fountain and bouganvillas greet you at the front courtyard.  The attention to details are also noticeable with ornate hacienda-inspired tiles everywhere, even on the stairs.
Of course, about 15 minutes after arrival, the kids were in their suits and ready to hit the pool.  The pool temperature was perfect.  We were also blessed with beautiful weather.  The property is classy and comfortable.  It was hard to get the kids out of the water to make it to happy hour.  We had happy hour overlooking the golf course. There were great $5 drinks and food options in Sangria's.

The next day after our visit to Butterfly Wonderland, which you can read about HERE, we were treated to a fabulous brunch. The kiddos were so excited to sit next to this Espresso? machine.  My son is somewhat of a steampunk kid and my daughter thought it looked like something out of Willy Wonka.
However, my husband and I enjoyed the view, the champagne, and the cheesecake more than the machine!   I would highly recommend a brunch at The Scottsdale Resort.  They have a Mother's Day brunch and Sunday Brunch every week. See the menu HERE.

    1. Of course, they kept cleaning up and blowing them and my kids were like "NOOOO!"
