Two Programs for 60 Pounds of Produce for $10 Tucson and Phoenix 12/20/14

 Produce On Wheels – With Out Waste, a program of the Borderlands Food Bank. P.O.W.W.O.W. offers similarly to farmer’s market setting in the Metropolitan Phoenix and Tucson areas including parts of Southern Arizona. Supporters of this program can donate $10 (cash only) and shop for up to 60 lbs. of fresh produce. There are no pre-registration or income qualifications  Website HERE

MARKET ON THE MOVE

MOMers in Tucson! 

We have a great mix of varieties for this Saturday's event at 250 S. Toole Avenue from 8 to 11 a.m.: 

Roma and grape tomatoes, green and yellow bell peppers, regular, English and Persian cucumbers, yellow squash and Serrano chiles. 

Please take note that not all varieties come in equal amounts so there may be some limits in certain varieties. However, for a donation of $10, you can get up to 60 lbs. of produce that you can share with other families.
