When the Olympics come around every four years, don't we all try to get some quality time in front of the TV watching the ice skating competitions? I never realized exactly how much I like ice skating until I saw it live. Our first Disney on Ice, last year, was "Rockin' Ever After". Tonight they announced that next year will be “Frozen!”
Right now is the "Worlds of Fantasy" tour and we can’t say enough great things about the show!
Disney on Ice zooms into Phoenix with this event.
It is so cool to see Lightning McQueen and all of his friends cruising on the ice.
A great way to beat the heat (yes, heat in April) by heading to the US Airways Center for a great family fun activity.
Performances started last night and run
through Sunday April 12th.
Tickets are a great deal, starting at just $20 and there are shows from 10:30 in the morning to 7 pm tonight.
Head to www.ticketmaster.com for tickets.
I recommend jackets and small blankets as well as closed toe shoes for optimal comfort. You can purchase parking online in advance from the US Airways Center website.
Tonight I took 3, seven year olds and an infant to the show. I love how Disney makes it fun for everyone, boys, girls, kids and adults. There are the racing in cars with Lightning McQueen, Toy Story Toys, Tinkerbell, and The Little Mermaid.
FAVORITE PARTS REPORT FROM THE KIDS
*Majestic and colorful sea life for “Under the Sea”
*Army guys military march from "Toy Story"
*Queen Clarion’s costume
Below is a small clip from Disney, on YouTube to give you a taste of what to expect.
I am a FELD ambassador and was given tickets to see this show along with tickets to give to on winner on Quepasaarizona.blogspot.com
