We have gone to Saguaro Corners over the years and have always enjoyed the views to see the desert wildlife while grabbing a bite to eat with family and friends. Now, there is a new owner and the ambiance inside and the menu matches the cool experiences you can have there. The dining room, bar and patio really have a much more open vibe than they used to. We love the Shrimp and Grits- my mom has never ordered anything else. It is two andouille grit cakes with sauteed spinach topped with plump shrimp in a smoked tomato beure blanc sauce.

The Mac and Cheese is also very tasty.  You can add bacon...yum! They are offering $3.75 kids meals on their summer menu whcih includes a drink. This is a fantastic deal for families.

The large picture windows in the dining room during the daytime are a fabulous spot to see all the birds, squirrels and maybe even a hawk or javelina. My kids were so excited to see a cardinal and even the "cardinal's wife"(out of the mouths of babes) last time we were there.
