Free admission at the Children’s Museum Tucson
Entry is free Saturday for El Tour de Tucson
Saturday, November 21st admission will be free in honor of El Tour de Tucson.
Children’s Museum staff will be out front starting at 8:30 am with fun crafts, and the Museum will be open regular hours, from 10 am to 5 pm.
El Tour Fiesta will be held at Armory Park, directly across Sixth Avenue from the museum, and a special kids area will be set up on the grounds around the museum. The 104-mile route and Fun Rides both begin on Sixth Avenue in front of the museum, and all El Tour routes end there. As a result, the streets around the museum will be closed during most of the day. There’s the challenge.
There are other ways to get here! Street parking is free on the weekends, or you can park and ride the streetcar, with stops just a short distance away. It’s going to be a lovely day, perfect for a stroll around Downtown Tucson!
