Join us for a Party for the Planet at the Zoo on Earth Day – Saturday, April 22! Guests will enjoy a variety of conservation-themed activities and informational displays from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. to help celebrate fun ways to help protect our environment. Activities are free with paid admission to the Zoo.
Approximately 130 zoos and aquariums accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) are joining together for the largest combined Earth Day celebration in North America—the 11th Annual Party For the Planet™!
Pedal your way to the Zoo and show your bicycle at the front gate for one free admission (per bike) 9am until 12 p.m.
Valet bicycle parking inside the Zoo (available from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.) is made possible by volunteers from the Greater Arizona Bicycling Association (GABA).

10:30 Owl – Conservation Learning Center Stage

11:00 Elephant – Enrichment
11:00 Plant Raffle– Conservation Learning Center
11:30 Otter – Enrichment
Crafts and activities will take place at the Conservation learning Center from 9:00 – 12:00.
