I was given tickets to attend Safari Nights and to pass on to readers. We love REID PARK ZOO!

What: The Reid Park Zoo in Tucson has a full Summer Safari Nights schedule this summer. There are fun food specials and live music. Each night will feature facepainting, glitter tattoos, enrichment making stations, artifact stations, carousel, camel rides and animal encounters. Some of these activities are an additional fee but the carousel is so much fun!

Bring a blanket and purchase your dinner or snacks (or even a cold beer or glass of wine), then relax and enjoy a picnic concert. Wander through the Zoo for keeper chats, animal encounters, sponsor booths, and wildlife activities*.  

*During evening events, animals are given access to their night-houses for their comfort. Some animals may choose to be off exhibit.
