There are so many different fireworks and celebratory events happening in Tucson, Arizona for the fourth of July this year! Fun for the entire family! If you know of any other public events to list please let us know at arizonafamilies@hotmail.com 


WHAT:The 22nd Annual “A” Mountain Fireworks Celebration sponsored by Desert Diamond Casinos and Entertainment
Residents may enjoy the “A” Mountain Fireworks Celebration from the Tucson Convention Center’s (TCC) Parking Lot B (off Cushing Street between Granada and Church Avenue) or Parking Lot C (off Granada between Broadway Boulevard and Cushing Street). Parking will be free. There also will be entertainment and food vendors (burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, and refreshments) available from 7-9 p.m. in Lot B.
The Sun Link streetcar provides convenient access to the TCC at the Cushing Street stops. Parking will be available at the TCC and throughout downtown. The last streetcar will leave the Avenida del Convento stop 30 minutes following the conclusion of the fireworks show.

WHAT:You are invited to our 4th of July picnic at Udall Park in Ramada's 6 and 7 at 5 pm. We will be having games, food, and a great time together to celebrate independence day. Bring a side dish (potato salad, etc...) and apple pie to share. Invite your friends and family!!

Celebrate Independence Day in one of the USA's oldest neighborhoods! The Mercado District will play host to live music with DJs at both MSA Annex and Mercado San Agustin, along with food trucks and the iconic A Mountain Fireworks show!

Wednesday, July 4th from 5:30-8:30pm at the Overlook Restaurant, located in the Oro Valley Community Center.
Celebrate July 4th with an all-American classic BBQ, featuring beef brisket, BBQ chicken, coleslaw, potato salad, ice cream sundae bar and much more. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets so you can view the Town of Oro Valley fireworks show at 9pm. No pets please.

This 30 minute lec-mo will be accompanied by a demonstration of how to make a glass light bulb using borosilicate glass and an oxygen-propane torch.


Close to “A” Mountain, Sonoran Glass School is a great place to watch the fireworks. Our west lot will be sectioned off for firework viewing.

Use one of our chairs or bring your own! Enjoy listening to classic American music from brass band ensembles on our PA system.

Join us July 4th at Let Freedom Sing, a star-spangled celebration of our nation's birthday!
