Fry's finds and cheap recipe
Fry's on Harrison/ 22nd had gallon milk for $1.29. There was a sign on ALL the refrigerated doors, but the tags said $2.29 and of course they rang up $2.29, so they had to go and check the signage and then I got my milk for $1.29! The one I got expired on Feb. 1.
I also noticed the Pillsbury pie crusts were $1.19! Get them for $0.69 each when you buy 2. before Ecoupons
Use: 12/5/10 GM (exp. 2/26)
11/21/10 SS (exp. 2/12)

I used my pie crusts to make dinner:
Pot Pies ($4.66 fed a family of 4)
1 pkg of pie crusts thawed ($0.69)
1 can of cream of chicken soup $0 (free from a month or so ago)
1 pkg frozen mixed veggies, thawed ($0.97)
2 pieces of chicken ($3)
Used 4 ramakins and lined with the crust
poked little holes to let the air out (so they don't puff)
Bake at 450 until light brown
Meanwhile cook up cubed chicken
Put cooked chicken, veggies and soup into a bowl and mix
(if you like it more liquidy, add another can)
Pour mixture into each ramakin and top with a disk of dough (cut holes to vent)
Bake until brown
YUMMY!
