Here is the line-up for the Shift Into a New You Event at Bookman's Phoenix location
Starting at noon, Bashas' will be on hand to show our customers healthy eating alternatives along with free samples. Ecosaurus will show off their amazing line of eco-friendly paper products and Wei of Chocolate will welcome you into a world where organic dark chocolate comes alive with the power of herbs and spices! Massage Makers will offer free sample massages from noon to 2 p.m. in our community room while Peace In The City Yoga Studio will host a free workshop and class from 2 to 3 p.m. Learn the benefits of a peaceful lifestyle with yoga. Enter to win a basket full of goodies from our favorite local businesses along with a variety of door prizes just for attending!
