The Pima Air Museum Tucson Giveaway!
The Pima Air and Space Museum will kick-off its summer evening “Night Wings” program this Saturday, July 23, 2016, from 5-9pm. Enter to win passes below in this 24 hour flash giveaway!
At this Saturdays “Night Wings”, The Pima Air & Space Museum will debut its new Seek, Do & Win – Activity Stations. These hands-on educational activity stations will be stationed throughout the museum hangars/grounds. At the Aircraft Materials Station, guest will get to explore and touch different materials that aircraft are made out of and then be asked to look around and determine the materials used on the aircraft around them. In the Dorothy Finley Space Gallery, guest will get to participate in the Programming Robots Station, where they will learn about programming using markers and small Ozobot Robots that can sense the color drawn on paper.

In addition to the hands-on educational activity stations, A-10 Pilots from Davis Monthan Air Force Base will be at the museum with some of their equipment on display and be available to talk with guests about their life as a pilot. The University of Arizona and Planetary Science Institute will also have a Space Science Section to explore. The museums outdoor display grounds will be open till dusk and 3 of the museums hangars will be open until 8:45pm.
Discounted evening admission of $10 starts at 4:00pm, with kids 12 and under FREE. Great food—burgers, salads, pizza and ice cream—will be for sale in The Fight Grill. There will be one more 2016 “Night Wings” summer evening events this year on August 27, 5-9pm.
