Nature Play at Reid Park Zoo {Every Saturday in February}

Come play dirty – literally, in the dirt! Reid Park Zoo is hosting Nature Play – fun family workshops – 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday in February.

Nature play begins Saturday, February 4. These weekly workshops will be outside the Zoo’s Conservation Learning Center and are designed to help families explore nature through play by creating and managing places where children engage with nature. 

Activities will vary each session, but Zoo educators will lead children in making nature-inspired art and structures, animal observation, playing with dirt and more! Nature Play furthers the Zoo’s mission of connecting guests back to wildlife and the natural world with FUN! 

Nature Play is free with admission to Reid Park Zoo. The program is funded by the Walt Disney Conservation Fund.
