The problem is it that it should have ended there but for almost 2 weeks I kept eating, not following my Curves plan and letting myself eat almost anything. The good news is I only gained 2 lbs back and I went down in my measurements. I did stick with the coaching and Zumba. Zumba is so so fun, there is really very few reasons why I would ever miss it and especially because of things like Sonoran hot dogs, I made myself go.
Things happen, life happens, motivation waxes and wanes but Curves is still there. The awesome ladies that I have started friendships with, the coaching and meal plan all waiting for me and encouraging me to keep going. There you have it down 18 pounds (due to a 2lb. gain) but full of energy and most importantly easily back on the food plan.
Come try a week for free. You can even meet up with me and I will do it with you- the circuit or Zumba!

I love zumba and I do it at home with my DVD set (http://zumbaexhilaratereviews.com/DVD_Review.html) so my kids can join me. Some times we even do a zumba party.
